Temporary Senior Administrator required

 

Salary: Scale Points 10-13 £20,751 - £22,021 FTE

Contract: Temporary to 31st August 2020, 28 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

We are looking for a senior administrator who is approachable, flexible and a friendly person.

 

You will be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, personnel and premises together with H&S.

You will be able to work with initiative, be able to meet deadlines as well as be personable, well organised, calm and have excellent communication skills. You will be willing to learn new systems and be capable of flexible working in a fast -paced school environment.

Vacancy for Clerk to Governors

 

Salary: NJC point 8-10 £19,945-20,751 FTE

 

We have 3 vacancies in Plymouth at St Edward’s Primary School, St Matthew’s Primary School and St George’s Primary School

 

St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust is a growing family of church and community primary schools across Devon, Plymouth and Torbay Local authorities. The Trust places great importance on enabling its staff to work collaboratively. These new roles provide a great opportunity to become part of our brilliant team of clerks.

 

Ideally, you will have some experience of school governance and be able to provide an efficient and professional service to a Local Governing Body (as stated above). Duties will include minute taking at all Governing Body Meetings, formation of agendas (based on the Trust’s Handbook) circulation of papers and providing advice and guidance on procedural matters.

 

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional person who has effective ICT skills, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with initiative and enthusiasm. You will work at the direction of the Headteacher and Chair of Governors with the Trust providing support and training via the Clerk to the Board of Trustees.
